In any B2B contract, information is shared between companies, be it financial, technical, or strategic. Our internal procedures make sure your data is stored securely, it is erased when a contract ends, and we don’t sell it or share it with any other third party.
INNOVATION
A company that doesn’t innovate has lost its desire to evolve and it will fade away. Our internal labs are used as testing environments for the latest exploits and black hat TTPs. We then research potential TTPs’ branching that the malicious actors would go for in the future, to identify blue team defense improvements ahead of time.

Founder & Red Teamer
With a decade of cybersecurity experience, Mădălin is a seasoned Red Teamer and Penetration Tester. He has successfully built cybersecurity departments from scratch and implemented ISO27001 and PCI-DSS standards. As the founder of Netrunners, he leverages his expertise, developed while contracting for Fortune 500 companies, to deliver top-tier security solutions and services. Having NATO Security Clearance, Mădălin also brings an added level of trust and reliability to his work.
Genadi Shamugia
Penetration Tester & Red Teamer
Genadi is a skilled penetration tester with a background in contracting and cybersecurity research. Known for his passion, critical thinking, and effective communication, he excels at conveying risks to both technical teams and business leaders. Holding a B.Sc. in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from the US Naval Academy and various industry certifications, Genadi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in penetration testing, red teaming, research, and offensive tools development.
Andrei Grigoraș
Red Teamer & Penetration Tester
Andrei Grigoraș is a dedicated security enthusiast with a passion for penetration testing, red teaming, and emerging technologies. He has earned multiple awards from security contests, conferences, and security-related platforms. Skilled in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, Andrei has extensive experience in internal and external penetration testing as well as red teaming methodologies. He was a speaker at Defcamp 2023 and is currently researching phishing attacks extensively.
Fernando Câmara
Application Security Lead
Fernando is passionate about helping companies secure their entire software production lifecycles. As a CISSP-certified professional, Fernando has over 8 years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Application Security, and Threat Modelling. Having worked in highly regulated sectors such as Fintech and iGaming, Fernando has been instrumental in helping NASDAQ-listed companies leverage crucial vulnerability data while educating tech and business leaders about imminent risks.
